The only grass which is suitable for making floors. It comes from China, mainly from the south-east region of the country.
The use of a new production technology means that the floor made of pressed bamboo is twice as hard as a floor made of red oak and approx. 30% harder than a Merbau floor. The technology uses press-forming with extreme pressure and weight in order to modify the internal structure of the bamboo raw material.
The boards formed as a result of such treatment do not have the annual growth marks typical for ordinary bamboo and have the appearance of boards made of solid wood. At the same time, they maintain exceptional hardness and stability ideal for applications in premises with under floor heating systems.
These boards are suitable for renovation, grinding, scraping and subsequent varnishing or oiling.
